HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS CRUELTY-FREE AND WHAT IS VEGAN?
We only stock products that are made from plant or synthetic ingredients. Where a product has been certified by PETA as cruelty-free, you will see this icon:

We stock products that are made by small producers who may not yet be formally certified, here at THE LORE of CHANGE we have worked with these suppliers to ascertain ingredients used and to give our seal of approval we use this icon:
HOW DO I KNOW IF A TOY IS BODY-SAFE?
Anything that touches an intimate area will be made of the following materials:

Silicone Metal Glass ABS Plastic

We have picked these products as they are non-porous and phthalate free. We have also chosen not to stock PVC products as there is currently some debate in the EU as to how safe PVC is.

Sex toys are often made with a combination of materials, including ABS and PU plastics that house motors, and we have selected products that do not use these where the product touches an intimate area.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return an unopened and unused product to us up to 28 days after purchase for a full refund.

We believe in the quality of the products we stock however, should a toy you purchased from us break we provide a ONE YEAR from date of purchase guarantee.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION?
Yes! But as a small business we are not IOSS registered. As such, currently, any of our wonderful customers in the EU who order from us will need to pay import VAT set by their government.
WHAT ARE YOUR SUSTAINABILITY PRINCIPLES?
Great question! The brands and products we stock have made individual commitments and these are highlighted on the brands main page.

Here at THE LORE of CHANGE we only use recyclable shipping materials. We are aware that not all product packaging is recyclable in domestic bins and so we offer you the option of sending this packaging back to us! We have partnered with TerraCycle and have a Zero Waste Box in our office that is collected when full and the contents recycled. BOOM.

There is an area where the sex toy industry doesn't put it's best foot forward and that is the ability to recycle the materials that make up a sex toy. We are currently researching ways to offer this to our customers but as a small business we do not yet have the resources to make this dream a reality. When we have achieved this, we promise to shout it loud enough to be heard across the globe.
